Recommend it for families
The hotel is in a fantastic spot just steps away from the Jewish quarter and loads of great restaurants. One night, we stumbled upon a bar with outdoor seating and it was like a scene out of a movie, enjoying a beer with friends in the cool evening.
It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly but still in the range of what I expected.

The room was comfortable and perfectly clean with effective air con when I arrived. The breakfast was delicious and tasty; eggs, sausages, and meats. All the staff were very pleasant...
As for me, the area was really busy.

This was my third stay at Hotel Columbus. I keep coming back because I think staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are tastefully furnished, beds are very comfortable, rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean, everything works (incl. Reliable high-speed internet connection), breakfast is good, location is excellent, and prices are fair.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, a redeeming feature.
I was assigned a room with poor sound insulation. The noise from the street was relentless and disruptive. My complaints to the unhelpful receptionist seemed to fall on deaf ears, and the air conditioning failing during my absence was the final straw. Breakfast was a disappointment, with flies lingering over the food.

The hotel was ideally situated within 100 metres from the Jewish quarter, with a selection of lovely bars and restaurants serving both Polish and Jewish specialities. We were also about 15 minutes walk from the Main Square too. Our room was quite large with a lovely modern shower and a small balcony which opened onto the rear of the hotel. Breakfast served between 7.30 am and 10 am was plentiful with a good choice of food available. The staff were so friendly and helpful - they really made the trip special.

The location is great and fab, really close to restaurants in the jewish quarter of the city, and the Ghetto the other side of the Vistula.

Lovely hotel ideally placed for all attractions and city centre. Staff were very helpful, couldn't do enough for you, even changed times for breakfast to ensure we were able to eat prior to leaving for the airport. If visiting Krakow would definately recommend

Extremely helpful staff. Right from the point of booking they offered an excellent service, by doing what they could to accomodate our room request and arranging a taxi pick up from the airport. A wide variety of options was available on the breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with complimentary bottles of mineral water each day.
The triple room that we book included two standard single beds and a folding bed, rather than three standard single beds. However, all were comfortable - so this was an inconvenience rather than a problem.
